- mGinger encourages you to use our service as long as you abide by the mGinger Terms and Conditions and mGinger's prohibition on spamming and unethical marketing activities.
- The following are some examples of spamming that may violate the Terms and conditions and mGinger's Spam Policy:
Sending promotional messages about mGinger to group mail-ids (like yahoo groups, google groups etc)- Promoting mGinger on discussion boards, forums unrelated to mGinger's context (the definition of mGinger's context is at the sole discretion of mGinger)
- Sending unsolicited messages promoting mGinger to any person/group.
- Violations of our Terms and Conditions or this Spam Policy may result in legal action against you and the termination, without notice, of your mGinger ID and/or anything associated with it, including, but not limited to your earnings and network.
